Welcome  

    We are offering a one week transformative retreat holiday, starting the day with half an hour guided meditation outdoors, followed by 1 - 1.5 hours yoga asana practice (strengthening, balancing exercise, posture work ) We cater to all levels, all ages and all abilities, it is our goal to make Yoga appropriate to the practitioner not the other way around. The practice is designed to initiate a regular self practice when back home. The style of yoga is Vinyasa Flow, a dynamic blend from the lineage of Krishnamacharya.

     Afternoon photographic expeditions to the surrounding area are on offer, with guidance on improving composition and observation ("Seeing") based on Minor Whites theories and techniques, which include meditation and the search for external expression of our internal feelings and ideas. There will also be practical facilitation in Digital Work Flow from camera to print, including picture editing skills and the use of colour spaces and file types. There will also be workshops in digital image processing, manipulation and editing.

    At sunset another, shorter yoga practice, emphasis here on calming, restorative moves, relaxation techniques and pranayama (breath work)
